Life is full of so many beautiful moments. But often times life's most beautiful moments are also some of the fastest.

Never has this truth been more real to me than when our own little family started growing. So many moments and memories were flying by, faster than my mind could process.

In the following months, a passion was awakened to capture those little moments for my own family.

Family


My husband and two children are the most important and valuable assets in my life! They are the reason I wake up with a smile each morning and my motivation in all I do. As your photographer, I can promise you will hear multiple stories about my children at some point during our time together!

Snow


The level of excitement I feel when I see the first snow of the year may seem a little overboard! I've been known (on a few occasions) to completely throw out bedtime or wake up the entire house when the snow starts falling!

Christmas


I love absolutely everything about Christmas...The lights, music, sounds, smells, every last bit! My Christmas planning usually kicks off in October and my tree is usually up before mid-November!

The Sound of Music


My obsession with the Sound of Music (and all things Rodgers and Hammerstein) started in middle school, and to this day I require my family to sit through one showing every year, typically around the holidays!

Organizing


Organizing isn't just something that has to be done on my to-do list... It's something I do to relax! There is nothing more satisfying than walking into a clean, organized room with a candle burning.

Tupelo Honey


If you've never heard of Tupelo Honey or their famous Mac-N-Cheese Chicken and Waffles, you're truly missing out! I've got a list of faves from this place I'll be glad to recommend!

Antiquing & Thrifting


I absolutely love the feel of walking out of a thrift shop with an absolute steal of a deal and filling my home with older items that have a story to tell. I'd much prefer something in my home that is older and well-loved than new and crisp!

Hard-Cover Books


Though I go through my share of e-books and audiobooks, there is nothing like the smell of a new book and the physical act of turning a page. I love all types of books, but have recently really loved mystery and thrillers!

Comedy TV


When my mind needs a little down-time, I love tuning in to something light-hearted and shorter in length. My all-time favorites are Friends, The Office, and That 70's Show!

Teddy


Our Merle Mini-Poodle stole my heart back in February 2023! He's the ultimate lap dog and is always down for cuddles on the couch. Since he's still in his puppy phase, he's a perfect fit with our kiddos as they get their energy out together.

Church


I've attended a Baptist church ever since I was born, and I'm so thankful for the heritage I have. My husband is a preacher, and we spent over ten years in full time ministry traveling all over the east coast serving and ministering in churches.

Teaching


It seems almost my whole life has been centered around teaching and educating! I worked at daycares throughout high school and college, taught elementary school for three years, and worked as an online educator for five more years. I've also homeschooled my own children for three years!
