Several weeks ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Blair’s bridal session at The Wallace Lodge—an absolutely beautiful preview of what was to come on her wedding day. The venue’s peaceful wooded surroundings and rustic charm created the perfect backdrop for her portraits, and Blair brought such an effortless elegance to every moment in front of the camera. Seeing her walk across the property in her gown, framed by tall pines and warm sunlight, felt like watching a page of her love story come to life.

Bridal sessions are always a favorite of mine because they give the bride time to slow down and enjoy the anticipation leading up to the big day. With no timeline and no rush, Blair was able to savor each moment, from the quiet details of her dress to the soft movement of her veil in the breeze. She looked absolutely stunning—classic, joyful, and completely at home in a place that would soon host one of the most important days of her life.

The Wallace Lodge offered endless inspiration: wraparound porches, textured stone accents, and those serene forest views that make the venue so unique. Each corner gave us something new to play with, and Blair’s glow made every image even better. Now that she’s officially a married woman, I’m so excited to finally share these favorites from her bridal session.
