Martin Newborn

It’s always such a joy when I get to photograph families I know personally—and even more special when I get to return for another milestone in their lives. Sweet baby Josiah made his debut just a few weeks ago, and I had the honor of capturing his newborn session in the comfort of his home.

We’ve known Josiah’s family through our homeschool community for years now, and I was lucky enough to photograph his big sister’s newborn session not too long ago—just two years! It feels like such a full-circle moment to be invited back to document this new season for their growing family.

Josiah was an absolute dream during his session—snuggly, content, and already showing off those sleepy newborn expressions that melt your heart. His big sisters and brother were so gentle and curious with him, and I could already see the sweet bond forming between them. Watching families grow and getting to preserve those early moments is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

To the Martin family—thank you again for trusting me to capture these memories. Your home is filled with so much love, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of documenting this special time.
