Ryelan's Graduation

We recently had the joy of photographing Ryelan’s graduation session, and let me tell you—this girl is going places! Ryelan just graduated with her associate degree from Richmond Community College and will be heading to Wingate University this fall to pursue her bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science-Kinesiology. Her long-term goal? To become a game warden—and we have no doubt she’ll get there.

Ryelan is the kind of person who lights up a room with her energy and passion. She’s a true outdoorswoman at heart—she loves sports, hunting, and fishing, and you can just tell that nature is where she feels most at home. That love for the outdoors made for the perfect backdrop for her session. We incorporated her camo, her truck, and even her graduation regalia to tell the full story of who she is and where she's going.

She’s not just smart and driven—she’s also got strong roots in our fire family. Her mom works in the office at the fire department, and it’s clear that sense of service and dedication runs in the family. It’s always extra special to photograph someone connected to our fire community, and Ryelan is no exception.

It’s not every day you meet someone so grounded, ambitious, and full of life. With her love for the outdoors and heart for helping others, Ryelan is already on a path to make a difference—and we’re cheering her on every step of the way.
