Causey Family

The Causey family session was one that felt more like spending time with family than work. Edward works alongside my husband at the fire station, and over the past year our families have grown close, so getting to capture these memories for them was especially meaningful. We met at Hamlet City Park, which was the perfect backdrop for a relaxed, playful evening together.

Hudson completely stole the show. He loved running around the park, exploring everything in sight, and taking plenty of snack breaks between photos. Those little in-between moments—snacks in hand, big smiles, and lots of toddler energy—are what made this session so fun and authentic. Sessions like this are a great reminder that family photos don’t have to be perfect to be beautiful; they just need to reflect real life and real connection.
