Macklee is Two

Some of my favorite photo shoots each year are those I get to shoot for my family as we celebrate and love on each other.

Each year at our family Christmas with my in-laws, I get a chance to capture my adorable niece's birthday photos. Last year, we had so much fun with her very first cake smash, and she was thrilled at the chance to have her own cake! This year, however, Macklee was super unimpressed with our photo shenanigans! Maybe she thought she needed another cake this year?? Regardless of her serious disposition, Macklee still shines as one of the cutest and sweetest babies, and I am so glad to celebrate her as part of our family!

While we were shooting Macklee's birthday photos, we also captured the sweetest interactions with her cousin Nora. Nora is such a sweet big cousin and loved giving all the hugs and kisses. These two have such a sweet bond!
