Sara Senior

This senior session was extra special for me because it was for my niece Sara. It’s hard to believe she’s graduating—she was born when I was just in tenth grade, and I still remember how excited I was to meet her. Sara is the first of all my nieces and nephews, and she’s always held a special place in my heart. We decided to do her photos at Linney’s Mill near Statesville during Thanksgiving break, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect spot. The rustic charm of the mill and the beautiful fall colors made the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful moment in her life.

Sara has always had a love for animals, which made it no surprise when she started considering a future as a vet tech. It was so fun to capture her personality and passions through these photos, and I couldn’t be prouder of the amazing young woman she’s become. Whether she’s surrounded by animals or spending time with family, Sara radiates joy, and I think we really managed to capture that in her senior session. I’ll forever cherish these memories, especially because they reflect just how far she’s come, and how bright her future is.
